Baby Kicks Monitor is an essential tool for expectant mothers to track their baby's movements. Recommended by doctors from around 28 weeks of pregnancy, this app allows you to easily and conveniently log your baby's kicks using your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad.

Monitoring your baby's fetal kicking is not only a bonding experience, but it also ensures that your baby is developing and growing properly. Any significant deviation from normal kicking patterns can be an indication of a potential problem, so it's crucial to contact your doctor for advice if you notice any changes.

To accurately track the kicks, it's best to choose a time of day when your baby is most active, preferably half an hour to an hour after dinner. By opening Baby Kicks Monitor and pressing the 'Start Session' button, you can start counting and recording each kick by pressing the 'Record Kick' button.

The app records the date, start time, duration, and number of kicks for each session. Once you reach 10 kicks or two hours of tracking, the session automatically stops. If you need to redo or end the session, simply press the 'X' button in the upper-right corner.

If you need to momentarily exit the app to make a phone call or use other apps, you can press the Home button, and when you return, Baby Kicks Monitor will continue counting where you left off.
